Question about submitting...

Okay, when you make something from a kit ie a card or a layout, and you want to submit it, how do you go about giving credit to the kit club?

Sometimes I list it in the supplies, esp. if I don't know who manufactured an embellishment. ex) ribbon: kitclub.com or ribbon: Kit Club

Or, you could always place it in the Other category. ex) Other: All supplies used from Kit Club December 2008 kit

Several of my layouts pubbed in ST were from kit club kits and I listed that in my supplies. ST didn't put that on them though in the mag.

Sometimes I'll add that info in if they ask for a description or what inspired the layout.

Mostly, I don't list it, though. ST was asking for us to list if the supplies came from a kit a while ago, but I don't remember them being listed in the mag. Actually, I don't recall ever seeing a kit listed in a mag. (Aside from a specific thing like a stamp or some ribbon being credited to it.)

Yes, I agree with the other girls. I will often list it in a little blurb about my layout, but usually they seem to just list the individual supplies and not include that part.
